The Ascend Retreat
Once a year, Ascend members step out of the business completely — five days away, with nothing to run and no one who needs you. It's space for the thinking you never get time for in the day-to-day: where you actually want the business to go, what role you want to play in it, and what kind of life you're building all of this for. No agenda to react to. No fires to put out. Just room to think.
You'll also be properly looked after — this isn't a working retreat bolted onto a hotel conference room. It's five days designed to help you show up differently, both in the business and outside it. Members consistently say it's the point where things click — not just what to change in the business, but what they want their own life to look like once they're no longer the one holding it all up.
